Returns
At All of Ester, we design pieces to feel like they belong in your wardrobe — but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 15 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for store credit or refund, provided all return requirements are met.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Be returned with hygiene protection intact (where applicable)
- Be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, self-tan, or any marks
- Be free of pet hair or any signs of wear
- Not be marked as final sale
All of Ester reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items that do not pass inspection may be sent back to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- You may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Shipping fees are non refundable
- A flat $8 return processing fee will be deducted from refunds
Exchanges
To secure your preferred size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
